In such cases, we will inform you accordingly, and you will have the opportunity to request clarifications or ask questions, as applicable.

Additionally, we provide you with the option to provide additional information, including alternative investments and personal preferences, by entering data into open information fields.

Paid services include the provision of credit card details, which are not stored in the Company’s database but are transmitted to a payment gateway provider that complies with PCI-DSS standards.

Please note, some of the services on the Website require additional payment. We do not store your credit card details in our system; instead, we transmit the information to a third party for online credit card processing, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards, while ensuring the privacy of users.
From time to time, we may request additional details from you to facilitate the provision of a specific service. For example, when contacting the Company’s customer service, we may ask for further details for identification and to handle your request, subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
